This program is an exclusive benefit available to current Levanter employees. It’s one of the many ways we recognize and reward the people who are already part of the team.
How It Works
1. Fill Out the Referral Form
Fill out the form below with your employee information and your candidate’s details. It takes just a few minutes to get the process started.
2. We Handle the Process
Your referral will move through our standard hiring process, including an online assessment and interviews.
3. Get Your Bonus
Once your referral is hired, completes training, and meets the minimum employment period, your referral bonus will be issued

Please note:
The referred candidate must successfully complete all internal training programs.
The candidate must remain employed with Levanter for a minimum period (e.g., 90 days) for the bonus to be issued.
